The Friday List - 11/4/2022
When it rains, it pours. We’ve had such an influx lately of top-shelf Napa Valley wines, we decided to go all in on our next offer. The result is the single finest collection of California wines The Friday List has ever featured. It has both breadth (over two dozen producers) and depth (see below). Without exception, all of these wines are exquisite, and with such diversity represented here today, there’s truly something for every palate.
While we’d normally wax poetic here about the wines on offer, there’s just too much today. While maybe you have time to read a novel of an email (which of course would be very compelling), by the time you finished, you’d surely have missed out on something you wanted in the process. So, to begrudgingly put down the quill and type up some headliners, here’s a teaser of today’s selections:
- 9 from Screaming Eagle (including 3 vintages of Sauvignon Blanc)
- 30 from Realm
- 13 from Hundred Acre
- 10 from Colgin
- 11 from Harlan and Bond Estates
- 64 from Schrader
- 42 perfect 100-point scores, and
- 26 vintages, from 1990 to 2020
As always, provenance is guaranteed, with much of these wines coming from Domaine Storage clients, who in turn purchased them upon release. So, without further ado, we invite you to share in the bounty we’ve been fortunate to receive.
